SHIPPING POLICY

At SHOP FLORAISON, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.
1. SHIPPING AREA
All orders are processed and shipped within the United States.
We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We do NOT ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories or offshore locations
Orders with unsupported addresses may be canceled.
2. SHIPPING METHOD & TIMEFRAME
We use trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues
- Orders are processed on business days only
3. BUSINESS HOURS & ORDER CUT-OFF
- Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)
- Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (EST)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please review your shipping details carefully, as we are not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
6. DELIVERY INSPECTION
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully.
If you notice:
- Damaged packaging
- Opened or tampered parcels
- Missing or damaged items
Please:
- Take clear photos and/or videos
- Contact us immediately with your order number
We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution.
7. LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is missing:
- Check around your delivery area (doorstep, mailbox, neighbors)
- Contact the carrier directly
- Verify your shipping address
Sometimes packages may be marked delivered early—please allow 1–2 additional business days.
If you still need help, contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacements in these cases, we will assist where possible.
8. HOLIDAYS
We do not process or ship orders on U.S. public holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
