RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SHOP FLORAISON, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and straightforward return and refund process.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all packaging intact
  • Free from odors, stains, or pet hair
Items not eligible for return:
  • Final sale items
  • Free gifts or promotional items

3. HOW RETURNS WORK

Returns are accepted by mail only.
We do not accept walk-in or in-person returns.

Steps to return your item:

Step 1 – Request Approval
Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Step 2 – Get Instructions
If approved, we will provide:

  • Return address
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3 – Send Your Item
Pack your item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided.


4. RETURN SHIPPING
  • Return labels are not included in the original package
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping fee

5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the replacement

6. RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.


7. REFUND CONDITIONS

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your return request is approved within 30 days
  • The item meets all return conditions
  • The item is received and passes inspection
Additional cases eligible for refund:
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Lost shipment confirmed by carrier

8. INSPECTION PROCESS

Once your return arrives at our facility:

  • Inspection time: 2–3 business days
  • We check item condition, packaging, and compliance

After inspection:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • Refunds are processed only if approved

9. REFUND DETAILS
If the issue is our fault:

You will receive a full refund, including:

  • Product price
  • Original shipping fee
If you change your mind:
  • Refund applies to product price only
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Return shipping is your responsibility
Non-eligible items:

Items that do not meet return standards will not be refunded.


10. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: up to 15 business days after approval
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your provider

11. IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Returns without prior approval may be rejected
  • Items sent back outside the return window will not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages—please contact your carrier if needed
  • All refunds are subject to final inspection
